Description

These sessions are for players that are determined to improve their shot in the off season. We teach players about their stick and how to choose and prepare a stick for their age, size, and skill. In addition, how to properly grip the stick and position their body for various types of shots. 

We will be on the ice working on wrist shots, snap shots, front foot releases, one timers, and more.  In addition, we will be working in the Hoist's RapidShot machine. Expect to shoot 300+ pucks per session.
